Blaise's passion for music and its many textures began in childhood. He grew up immersed in a rich tapestry of sounds—Soul, Disco, Funk, Afro-Jazz, and Latin rhythms.
In the mid to late 1980s, he became a devoted fan of US Rap and New Jack Swing, drawn by the creativity of their sampling. By the 1990s, he was deeply engaged in the Parisian underground scene, frequenting House and Garage music parties.
A true lover of Latin music, Blaise remains nostalgic for the golden age of salsa—where he once took to the decks as a DJ. That influence still echoes in his sets today.
His current musical direction blends Deep House, Soulful House, Nu Disco, and Afro House—bridging past and present with groove and soul.
